2.5 Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of jolibetphp, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
Age Restriction Notice: Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is illegal under Philippine law. jolibetphp employs age verification procedures and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.
3.1 Single Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jolibetphp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jolibetphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.4 jolibetphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.5 jolibetphp staff will never ask you for your password. If you receive any communication purportedly from jolibetphp requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
3.6 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jolibetphp account or any account rights to any third party.
4.1 jolibetphp is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.2 KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at jolibetphp's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.5 jolibetphp may use third-party identity verification services to assist in the KYC process. By submitting KYC documents, you consent to jolibetphp sharing your information with such third-party providers for verification purposes.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: jolibetphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods: jolibetphp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
5.4 Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jolibetphp account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jolibet php reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 jolibetphp processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. jolibetphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering: jolibetphp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jolibetphp reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.
5.7 Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Section 13 of these Terms. jolibetphp will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.
6.1 jolibetphp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. jolibetphp reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 jolibetphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.
6.5 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to promotions where opt-in is required. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jolibetphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jolibetphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jolibetphp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jolibetphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jolibetphp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jolibetphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jolibetphp implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
12.3 jolibetphp may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to provide the services described in these Terms. jolibetphp will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
13.1 Voluntary Closure: You may close your jolibetphp account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.2 Involuntary Closure: jolibetphp reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
13.3 Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jolibetphp will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
13.4 Upon account closure for any reason, jolibetphp will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulation, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
14.1 jolibetphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jolibetphp will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the jolibetphp Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
